Shipping Information:

All orders will be processed within one business day. Orders placed before 12 noon will usually be processed the same day. If item is in stock it will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being processed. If item is not currently in stock, it will usually be shipped within seven business days, or customer has the option to change/cancel the order. All items are shipped via UPS. Our standard form of shipping is UPS Ground, although 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services are also available. International orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Saver or UPS Worldwide Express. These rates vary depending on what country your products are being shipped to.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We at NameBrandHumidors.com want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if for some reason it does not meet your expectations you may return it for a full refund (less shipping fees) within 30 days from the date of original purchase. All returns do require a Return Authorization number, so please contact us for that number prior to shipping us your return. Returns without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in new/unused condition and free from any defects or damage. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt please contact us within 2 business days to arrange for replacement.
